Following Le P'tit Appart and L'Instant d'Ambre, we are pleased to introduce our newest property: La Maison d'Ambre. We are delighted to welcome you to our beautiful home, where you will feel instantly at ease from the moment you step inside. For a unique stay in Saumur, choose Voyages D'Ambre.
The Accommodation
🌟 Located in the Nantilly district of SAUMUR, our splendid 110m² house comfortably accommodates eight people.
The house comprises:
🌟 Ground Floor:
• A large living area with TV, Wi-Fi, and a video projector.
• A bright kitchen, thanks to its large bay window overlooking the private courtyard, equipped with two refrigerators, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an induction hob, two coffee machines (capsule and filter), a toaster, a kettle, a juicer...
• A large terrace perfect for lovely summer evenings.
• A toilet.
🌟 First Floor:
• One bedroom (160x200cm bed) with its own private bathroom.
• One bedroom (140x190cm bed) with its own private bathroom and toilet.
• A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
• Separate toilet on the landing.
• A small, comfortable terrace.
🌟 Second Floor:
• One bedroom (160x200cm bed) with its own private bathroom and toilet.
• One bedroom (160x200cm bed) with its own private bathroom and toilet (we'll let you find it – it's a secret... 😉).
🌟 Courtyard:
• A jacuzzi.
• A sauna.
• Benches for enjoying the sun.
• A plancha grill (available from the beginning of April to the end of September only).
Access
• The house is on several floors and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
• Depending on the number of guests, some rooms may not be accessible. Please book for the exact number of people.
• The courtyard is private.
• Access to the sauna and jacuzzi is private.
Other Remarks
• Please note that parties are strictly prohibited.
• A camera overlooking the courtyard, and specifically the gate, is installed to deter unauthorized access.
• Given the quality of the accommodation's equipment, we ask that you be as respectful as possible with all the provided materials. Please report any breakages promptly.
• We request that the house be left tidy upon your departure. Additional cleaning fees will apply if this is not the case.
• Please ensure you book for the correct number of guests.
